Returns
• You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Please contact us at info@reformerpilates.co.uk before returning any items so we can provide return instructions.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
• Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, please contact us at info@reformerpilates.co.uk and we’ll arrange this for you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items) or within the warranty period (for faults). We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
• If you simply change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
